The NFL is by far one of the hardest sports to cap because of all the parity against the spread!!!!

Case in point......Tenn goes to Pitt week one and almost wins then loses at home against the Texans that lost to Jets (don't even look at the spread we are talking outright winners or losers here).

Cincy scores 7 against Denver and blows up against Green Bay.

Arizona lays an egg at home and goes cross country and wins in a tough place!!!!!!

One things certain after those three examples....Jets must be legit after spanking Houston and Houston beating Tenn.

San Fran may be the best in the West after beating Zona on the road and beating Seattle at home!!

Cincy just had lots of bad drops and many scoring chances against Denver so if you really watched that game you just knew they were going to explode offensively!!!

Also the "HOOK" will fuck you in the NFL on key numbers big time!!!

On every wager you can think of (teasers, spreads, haftime lines) it can and will beat the shit out of you when your on the wrong end of the infamous "HOOK"

Correct regarding Jets, but mainly their defense. The Jets defense is the new standard. Ryan is obviously no fluke, but Jets insiders can explain better than me their growth through the draft and possibly free agency. They are dominant, and I know that is tough to comprehend.

Also, 49ers, Bears and Bronco defenses are very good. The frauds are the Titans, Packers and Chargers defenses.

- Dallas overrated knew that after the TB Game...

- TB is terrrrible... knew that before the season

- Bills still suck and Edwards sucks too... knew they'd suck but glad they pulled it out like I knew anyone would vs TB...

- Ravens are scary but should have held Rivers to far fewer passing yards, and Sproles should have been broken in half.
happy they pulled thru for me.

-Carolina STILL sucks on the road... no surprise here... they'll pick it up at home and Jake crazy cajun will get it together when you least expect him to.

-Zona got their act together today.. and could be good for some overs.

Agreed. The Browns have now gone half a season (8 regular games) and have one meaningless (last week in garbage time) offensive touchdown. It has to be tough on their defense when they know if they don't hold the other team to 6 points or less they are going to lose.

Playing it safe. KC had the same situation, threw short of the endzone, and had the clock run out before they could get a FG. That 3 points was the difference.
