What Books (if any) would send you an end of the year statement if requested, even if a small fee for doing so?

Not that I think this might help you but I know Topcat has software that shows all bets and withdrawal and deposits going back as far as you want.Would be no problem printing copies of this if needed. Not saying they are a top tier book but never heard of any nopays and I think their software is great just for that feature alone.

I requested this two years ago from rio and they provided it no problem. If your book won't do it, i would be leery.

I am only playing with one book since middle of December. So the other books see I'm not posting up and could probably care less.

I'm going to wait 2 more weeks to see if I hear something . If not I'll use Neteller's statement, better than nothing.

oldmantime,

Did you ask for all transactions (including all wagers) or just non-wagering transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bonuses) only? If you only ask for that it's a lot less work for them and so there's a good chance they will give it to you I would say.
