Actually, they don't even have to decertify. All each individual state has to do is declare their election "maladministered" which then triggers an automatic do-over of 2020 in said state... imagine how THAT will look to the rest of the country! States have all the power, and there's nothing the feds or this corrupt Congress can do about it.
The Deep State will try and block these special elections and kick their protesting up to the SCOTUS, where of course they'll lose.

As the majority of people are clueless as to what is really going on, they only watch main media.
The issue is even getting the message out may wake people up, may slow down the WEF/Cabal but
those people still need to be eliminated in order to win. We are the majority but they have all the money, power, resources, and politicians in positions of running governments.
In order to win the police/military need to jump ship. So far that is not even close to happening.
They need to be intimidated, especially the police, you know where they and their family live, go to their house, make them uncomfortable in the thousands/millions.
