the reality is you have to cut calories. cut calories and the weight will fall off. i have lost over 30 lbs since the middle of december. i started by cutting my fat grams and then when that stopped working i cut my calories below 1500 a day.
90% is diet, 10% is sweat. you should work out for your ticker but you lose weight by cutting calories.
with that said salads are the best way to go when done right. 2 pieces of bread can have b/w 200 and 300 calories. that is calories that can be spent elsewhere, like a late night bowl of cereal (my fave)...
take what you would have had on a sandwich put it over lettuce with fat free dressing and you have a 300 calorie lunch or dinner.
someone else said slimfast and they are not lying. you drink one of those int he morning and you are under 200 calories for breakfast and it really will sustain you till lunch.
i am hooked on this shit as of late... can't get enough.
