Do you not listen to what they say when they release their audio tapes? The U.S. has sided with Israel for decades so it's not like something has changed. Their hate is on a deeper level. They hate all infidels including you. You need to study the Qur'an as I suspect you haven't read it. It will give you insight into the effect of the religious leaders on the people. There are English translations out there. Your mysterious "friend" should also be able to help you.
