Former San Diego sector Border Patrol chief Aaron Heitke, who retired last summer, testifies that he was told he could not release any information on special interest alien apprehensions w/ possible terror concerns, nor could he mention any of their arrests. He says San Diego sector typically saw 10-15 SIA arrests per year, but in 2022, 2023, & 2024, when word was about the border was easy to get across, those numbers exploded to over 100 each year.

Elmer Sola: a Salvadoran illegal alien who entered the U.S. as a gotaway and was charged last month with three counts of aggravated child rape. The victim was a Nantucket child.
Bryan Daniel Aldana-Arevalo: a Salvadoran illegal alien who entered the U.S. as a gotaway and was charged in July with raping a Nantucket child.
Gean Do Amaral Belafronte: a Brazilian illegal alien who entered the U.S. as a gotaway and was charged in June with sexually assaulting a Nantucket resident.
Felix Alberto Perez-Gomez: a previously deported Guatemalan illegal alien who re-entered the U.S. as a gotaway and was charged last month with sexually assaulting a Nantucket resident.
All four of these alleged sex offenders were gotaways. It’s also worth noting that all were previously released from local custody despite the serious charges.
