We respect most of you guys down there, and personally I am a fan of Bama and their tradition.

Stanford carved up San Jose State 57-3 so its not fair to compare them to the West Coast elite. The Cardinal lit up ACC Virginia Tech as well in a bowl game. Granted, Oregon has lost to LSU and Auburn (late last year) which may hurt the West Coast perception whether fair or not in SEC territory, but they still play legit football out there. Losing to the SEC elite doesn't make your conference bad considering their remarkable record in BCS Title games against the major conferences. Thus, singling out the Pac-12 (or West Coast) is uncalled for IMO.
