Wow!!! It's very rare these days for Republicans to show signs of patriotism and decency, but when they do, they should be congratulated. Today's decent Republican award goes to Marco Rubio. He refuses to talk about emails being leaked by Wikileaks because he's choosing country over party. It's absolutely sickening how Trump and his supporters are in support of the Russians stealing information from their political opponents to control an election. I mean deeply disturbing and sickening. But Rubio, showing a rare sign of decency, makes me have hope in humanity that even Republicans can be human.

The Florida Republican said in a statement provided to Business Insider that he would "not discuss any issue" that has come to the public's attention "solely on the basis" of hacked emails from Clinton campaign manager John Podesta or internal emails from the Democratic National Committee.

"As our intelligence agencies have said, these leaks are an effort by a foreign government to interfere with our electoral process and I will not indulge it," Rubio said.
Rubio, a member of the Senate Intelligence and Foreign Relations committees, added: "I want to warn my fellow Republicans who may want to capitalize politically on these leaks: Today it is the Democrats. Tomorrow it could be us."

All us good hearted people find it shocking Morell... but Trump has no integrity or morals and definitely does not give a fuck about the United States of America. Like his supporters.

Michael Morell, a former deputy director of the CIA, told reporters during a press call hosted by the Clinton campaign last week that Trump was actively embracing attempts by hackers the US has linked with Russia to tip the election in his favor.
"In my mind, he's actually cheering it on," Morell said. "He's reading from WikiLeaks material at his rallies … He's encouraging people to read the hacked materials. He is encouraging this attack on our democracy. I just find that amazing and shocking."

That's very true. They've just set the bar so low and I have such low expectations of them these days that when they do something every normal American with morals and integrity do, it's like they've done something great. Maybe that's their strategy. My favorite is how these guys preach to us about morality and family values and they go and won't denounce the most immoral, classless candidate you can find. You can definitely tell the party over country people this election.

To me that is just Rubio seeing down the line. He knows that Trump is the outlier R that our foreign enemies would want as POTUS.

But in 2018, 2020, etc they're going to be glad to throw a Mike Pence-type under the bus compared to some Sanders-lite Vitterdesque commufascist candidate.

Basically what he is communicating is "Ain't no fun when the rabbit got the gun." He knows in the future the gun will be pointed at him and his ilk.
