An absolute INSULT to the intelligence of any thinking person. Gymnasts of that age are
the norm, not the exception, in female Olympic gymnastics. They are assuming she is just
an innocent waif manipulated by adults. Bullshit!

To attempt to "blame" others while pretending she's just an innocent child is COMPLETELY
contrary to prior anti-doping policies.

Horrible decision, creating an even WORSE precedent!
