VT @ Miami I think VT has under performed big-time this year, they lose outright at home to Rutgers a game where I liked Rutgers but I felt the OVER 44 was the better play and it hit , I just do not see VT turning things around after a home loss and now on the road at one of the best teams in the country, and the total is now down to 54.5 and I do see why, they do not expect VT to score a lot of points, because Miami is capable of scoring 45 or more very easily, and Miami is allowing just 10.5 pts a game this year on defense, and that is why I really like Miami tonight at home laying 17 , I just think their defense can keep VT to 17 or less, and I really hope Miami has a memory, over the past its always been VT that has found a way to beat Miami over the years, but VT always needs defensive scores, they were always good at getting blocked punts, fumbles returned, but those Miami teams were never like this one, they never had that really good QB, they may have started out ranked in the top 20 but always fell apart, and then they would play VT after a loss or 2 and would self destruct and get beat up on, I do not think that happens tonight , I have always been a BIGTIME Miami fan from the late 70's 80's 90's even in 2000 when they got screwed in the championship game vs Ohio st, I think tonight defense will be the key, they should give VT a taste of it, the total is a tougher one, it will go over if VT can score 20, but they won't or maybe Miami puts up 44 on their own, that is very possible something like 41-16 44-17 , I do like Miami 1st half also here laying 10 or 10.5 , ....21-7 24-9 type of half , I posted early this week that I did like Miami -14 which was the 1st line I seen and should have bet it, but I waited but they are on TV so I am playing it 1st half and game, kind of like last week when Miami let USF stay close in 1st half then they dominated the 2nd 17 I like .......so I am going to go....remembert VT gave up 422 yds of offense at home to Rutgers Miami should get 500 + tonight..Miami is 20th in the nation on time of poss and Rutgers had the ball for 40 mins last game

Washington at Rutgers , well Washington has a very good defense for sure, but their offense has struggled, and I just do not see a lot of points in this game, the total is 45 I would maybe go with the under here, I have hit both Unders I have played this year, and I hate Unders....they only beat NW 24-5 at home, and they beat EMU 30-9 at home, now in their 1st road Big 10 game I just do not see them scoring a lot of points unless they can manage a defensive TD and a fg and muster up 10 by defense, they held NW to just 112 yds of offense avg just 2 yds a run and 2 yds a pass, but Rutgers does have a good offense, they can score, so I do not see anything like that tonight, I think Rutgers will be able to move the ball much better than NW , and there may be some rain tonight , weather is calling for 70 degrees and a 33% chance of rain .....the money has been going on Washington as the line has dropped to Rutgers -1.5, but I do think that the home crowd tonight will be pumped up, I expect them to be fired up having a team like Washington coming to town, and Rutgers has covered the spread in their last 10 September games vs Non ranked opponents, and their defense is only allowing 15.7 points a game this year, and they have been able to get pressure on the QB this year, and this is a long way for Washington to travel, in my opinion I think Rutgers has enough offense to move the ball, remember last week at VT they controlled the clock and had possession for 40 minutes, and really had control of the game as VT scored 16 of their 23 in the 4th qtr, I am going to go against the money tonight in this game and take Rutgers at Home ML -120 1 unit
