Pats arent starting 0-2 are they?

They lost to the bills in the Milloy game and they beat philly royally.

I think that they could clobber the jets but the jets always play tough in NE and this year the pats dont have the victor green factor that they did - as you know the guy who the pats got from the jets who played both games like a pissed off maniac - and got to run back an int return right in front of herms face.

yeah maybe the jets arent as good as they were last year but - to be brutally honest - neither are the pats.

oh my bad I was thinking of the Eagles.

In my opinion the jury's still out on the Pats, they could be a contender this year, while the Jets have looked pretty bad with their free agent losses and the injury to Chad. You're right though getting 7 points with the Jets in an AFC East match-up looks decent. Maybe the Pats by 3 or 6. Honestly though I see it more like 27-17 Pats.

I went to Salve Regina U for 2 years. Newport was nice. I had to leave in a hurry for a bunch of reasons but I'd love to get back and visit sometime soon.

I did go to a pole vault camp at URI one summer...

The giants look like a good play to me but I am getting nervous about it - how can the skins be 2-0... I know the jets game was close (and a stinker at that) but do you know anything about their win over Atlanta? I see that the score was close - but was it a legit win (not that any win isnt but you know what i mean) or does atlanta just suck?

I'll be interested to see how the jets play in NE this weekend cause they gotta face the rested and motivated cowboys at home the week after... Its amazing how parcells gets to play all of his old teams on their turf. Great battles. If he can pull of wins at those locations with this team he will go down in history as the man in my book.

I know the Giants are just PISSED about Monday night, and Shockey wasnot a factor.

The skins actually cam backin that game from beingdouble digitsdown at half....Giants will not allow this tohappen

Also Collins actually looked goodin that game, and the offense line did a fair job. I think Giantsrailroad Washingtonin this game, They will not lose two games to the predicted bottom two teams of the NFC east....especially how their season ended last year with special teams mess ups. Also expect Giants special team this week to be HUGE....This line will go down to 1.5 by game time I beleive GL

I wrote this in another forum and I wanted to post it here and add I add the colts -6.5 (gotta buy the 1 just because [and probably jinx myself in the process but hey...]


AS for jacksonville I do think that their losses (both Carolina and buffalo) were against decent/upcoming teams but I think that the colts are a team that I wouldnt wanna bet against with their defense clicking - and their offense - well, underacheiving. It seems to me that the colts will be focused on doing to jacksonville what bledsoe was able to do last week (19/25 for 314yds - and they also managed to fit in 3 rushing TDs).

I like the bucs. They managed to lose yet they didnt give up a TD the whole game last week - I think it says something about Carolinas D and remember - I dont think Tampa is who they are cause of offense... On the contrary Atlanta was able to score a lot yet still lose the game - however 4 of their TDs were a result of a short field (1stQ: 39 yds, 2ndQ: 1yd, 39yds, 4thQ: [1play]42 yds) - the kind of field that the Tampa defense isnt considered "soft" in, and that their special teams tend to work pretty hard to aviod - and have done well avoiding at least so far this year...

I know that klecko, pheifer, bruschi, vrabel, and mcginest are capable but it would be nice to have ted johnson and colvin in there to plug the holes too.

Hamilton and Seymour can hold their own and Washington takes up the spots of 2 D lineman - but curtis martin gets up for these games and I hate to say it but he may be "due" to rip off a few yds here.
