Correct, it failed twice within the last 5 years, though it paid again yesterday as usual, nobody wants to have their paycheck fail at all..ever...so the label took it on the chin, but the stat appeared as usual.
It's too solid to throw out but couldn't retain the lofty title it was given back when it covered 17 years like clockwork without fail.
