ot-I totally disagree with your comments about the days of a week being regarded as a coincidence!!Lawrence playbook:
3* Best Bet: Clippers over Phx by 8 (Phx 2-10 suats Away in this series. Incl. 0-7 suats w/o rest) ( Suns 7-13 ats at home after playing Lakers.
5* Best Bet: Over Was/ATL
Was: 13-0 o/u Away in 0/0. L7 DIV games over is 6-1. 5-1 o/u on Wednesdays. ATL: L6 as conf HFs 6-0 o/u. TY 3-0 O/U vs Was series. ATL 8-2 O/U in 0/0.
*I don't buy in to the trend on the days of the week. EX, WAS 5-1 O/U ON WED. That's not a trend imo it's a coincidence.
I MUST AGREE WITH YOU. MAYBE NOT SO MUCH FOR HOOPS, BUT BASEBALL AND HOCKEY ARE LOADED WITH TRENDS THAT WIN.ot-I totally disagree with your comments about the days of a week being regarded as a coincidence!!
eg I made a lot of money a number of years back betting against the Orioles on Sundays.
After they lost around six consecutive games on Sunday(can't remember exactly) how many, I jumped on them and
they continued to lose every Sunday until they finally won a game on a Sunday long into the streak.
Overall they ended up losing right around 19 of 20 games on that day before they started to win with a little more regularity.
If you want to call something like this a coincidence rather than a trend, so be it.
For me it was then and still is a trend, angle, etc. to put the odds in one's favor!!
ps I won't get into the psychological angle for teams who either win or lose consistently on a given day of the week.
Along the same lines, one last comment here, speaking of winning on a certain day as opposed to losing on a given day.I MUST AGREE WITH YOU. MAYBE NOT SO MUCH FOR HOOPS, BUT BASEBALL AND HOCKEY ARE LOADED WITH TRENDS THAT WIN.
I ALSO MADE A TON WITH THE PADRES YEARS AGO AS THEY ALMOST ALWAYS WON ON SUNDAYS
Yeah I think it makes more sense in baseball where alot of teams are traveling the night or day off next day and NFL. But basketball idk backing the wizards to go over on Wednesdays just because it's Wednesday idk. But we agree to disagree to an extentot-I totally disagree with your comments about the days of a week being regarded as a coincidence!!

For me, the big difference between baseball and hockey as opposed to other sports is that there are no point spreadsYeah I think it makes more sense in baseball where alot of teams are traveling the night or day off next day and NFL.
