I agree.

As a person who has followed Burns and lots of other services for the most part since they started and for that matter since sports services

began in the mid to late b70's, my own opinion is that at best over time, which for me is all that counts, Burns is no

better than a mediocre capper,

To be fair, just like everyone else, he does have hot streaks(as well as cold streaks), and if you are fortunate enough to jump on and off

of one of these streaks at roughly the right time, you can and will make some money!!
