Couldn't watch the last 5 min of the game. Youtube TV crapped out. People have to be losing it.

Boston has the better team, but I don't think they have much of a chance with the biggest factor being the huge coaching advantage for Miami.

Regardless of outcome, fact that Boston was like -600 to win the series was a joke

Heat are also just a lot better than people seem to give them credit for. Well coached and play great defense.

I respect the Heat, I believe in the Heat culture and Jimmy Butler can win any game (like he did against the Bucks)

But you said this was an easy path for the C's :)

I think-600 was fair. Bucks were -1200(similar team to C's).

Odds here cut in half. I think the general public thought Cs had figured out their problems after games 6,7 against Philly. WRONG!

This is why I always admired Jordan. 6 titles and played in 1 GAME 7. He wasn't there to fuck around. He was there to dominate!

Ugly third quarter for the C's, and an ice cold 2nd half. I actually didn't like them being up so much and looking so good in the first half. This is the NBA dontchaknow. Rather have them needing to step it up (except game 7's, everyone more focused for all 48 minutes in elimination games)

Game 1, been there, done that

He was still older than Tatum & Brown when he won is first

One of the only mega-stars to win when he was younger was Kobe at 22. But he wasn't the leader, Shaq went for like 30/15 per game

It is an easy path given they don’t have to play the Bucks and got to play the Hawks and chokey Sixers

Celtics just don’t deserve the hefty price given how their focus goes in and out

They probably dominate Game 2

I don't do the easy path thing.
You do it constantly.
You keep saying the Hawks sucked then Philly sucked.
Blahblahblah.
No 7 game series are easy in any sport.
It's a grind.
Survive and advance.
Let's face it,your a Celtic hater.

Not a Celtic hater by any means. No reason to hate them

But acting like paths don’t vary in difficulty is just flat out wrong

A lot of truly great teams wouldn’t dick around against a bad Hawks team and need 6 games

My analysis of the Celtics has been consistent for several months now: they are the best team when they are fully locked in, but I don’t think they’ll win the title because they are not consistent enough

Celtics haven't been the same for a couple of months now

Denver should now be the favs
What's not the same?
They're in the ECF.
Tell me the flaws you see?

They seem to have issues in half-court offense, especially late in games. They have great individual players but it doesn't quite all fit that well

They also are not as disciplined defensively this year. 100 points per 100 possessions in half court defense this year, compared to only 88 last year. Tatum has particularly regressed here

Your boy LeBron James made it look awfully easy

3-year stretch on the Cavs where he was 36-5 on his way to the Finals each year, with 6 sweeps in 9 series. For perspective, Boston is 8-6 this year.

100-29 overall, and 25-0 in series against the East since his first stint in Cleveland ended.

Yet the criticism is that he had an easy path. Can't have it both ways
