Ive been using www.GarciaCovers.com now for 3 years. He is a local guy near me and he just got a website last week and is hitting around 90% in all sports. Last 10 weeks I have taken close to $19,000 from my bookie, betting around $300 a game. He uses progression betting

I don't work for him nor get a kick back. Just trying to help other people out...

90%? Yeah right. If your gonna lie at least say somewhere like 65% -75%. Who's dumb enough to believe 90%?

whatever guys, i guess nobody wants to go in on these.. ive posted them whenever i buy them, but nobody is obviously interested.. ill keep the plays to myself... fuck

first of all, this is the first i've seen the request, but coming from someone that spends a lot of time trying to get people to commit money, i will tell you that it's a tough sell. people assume that picks will eventually show up w/o them having to commit money (spartan 2* = Boise). i would be completely in favor of a group of guys that I trusted that split picks every week and we didn't have to deal with the site (or some of the complete a-holes). that siad, it's a great site b/c people are willing to give unconditionally. it might suck when you are trying to buy picks and can't get any help, but i'm sure that you have used far more picks for free here than you have provided for in return. stick around and keep asking, and you find people that will help. i've worked with 3-4 guys, and it makes it affordable. bottom line - hardly anyone here wants to pay ANYTHING, and it's frustrating. i got pissed saturday, trying to get $20 out of three people. just keep trying to get people to cooperate with you.

on prog bets, it's not that hard to hit 90. however, each loss is worth anymore from 10-30 units depending on the system. so yeah, when you look at it from a money standpoint, you're hitting around 52-60%, again depending on the system. I use chase systems, but if miss out on game 1 and 2 for example, i only cover my losses on game 3 and break even to minimize the units lost.

Would you tease Boise to -2.5 or Tulsa up to +17.5?? I have the option either way. I am teasing the total down and taking over.

both seem viable options - tulsa's not that bad, but surely boise state wins.

i took boise, but i can't make a compelling argument for one teaser ove rthe other.

that said, it's generally a bad risk/reward teasing cfb - at least that's the story

the last paragraph alludes to the riskier proposition of cfb teasers but indicates that you can find better odds, changing the risk/reward.

...and then there's this from Doc's Sport Service:

NFL teasers have always been considered stronger than college for the player because the lines are usually very good and because there aren't many huge blowouts in the pros.

i'm totally with you on the fact that teasers are a bad play in cfb. having said that and having absolutely no read on the game, i did a 10 point 3 team tease: got boise down to pk, tulsa +20, over 45. i hate the teaser but juice wasn't crazy (-130) so made a small play

I agree that CFB teasers are a bad idea, but I have no read on this game so I went with the "safe" route I guess.
