what does that 4 to 1 mean? 80% bet on virgina?

i just need clarifying... cause xavier at 14 to 1 that would be like way less than 10% of people bet the other side?

Playing the under 186 with Atl/Sea tonight.

Atl 6-0 under after 3 consec. road games
Sea 10-4 under vs. Central Div.

The first meeting went way over, but Seattle is playing tremendous defense at home as of late, giving up only 87 ppg, and 42% shooting. Atlanta themselves only average 90 on the road, shooting 42%.

The Sonics are still in their post-Payton era transition, and I can't see them putting up a boatload of points tonight.
