Not all the Koreans are as bat shit crazy as the midget.
They seem to be content with living the way they do but
if push comes to shove and taking out one to save millions

I don't think there is any way to know if they are content. The country is so poor, and they have no information about any of the rest of the world because the people are so isolated...completely shut off from the world.
