I think the war on drugs is dumb. But violent crime either happens or it doesn't. Not having cops around isn't really gonna matter. You have dead bodies and reports.....winesses an such. So, your argument makes no sense. Same for other violent crimes Also, according to the DOJ black people are convicted and charged at a lower rate compared to the crimes they commit. So, that whole white people get away with it thing.....does not apply. And cops just go where the crime is. It is not well lets throw random blacks in jail so here we got out to their neighborhoods.

It's called modern day slavery for a reason bruh. Do you know how much manufacturing inmates do? Not saying it's white people who put them there. But it is quite a system. So systematically, yes. It's how the system is.
