I have a list of all 395 banned posters since day one of the site, pruning out anyone banned during the last year would require some work.

Yes when posters that are not banned permanately can post again once their banning time is expired. I banned a poster for one week the other day for bashing other posters. In a few days he will be unbanned automatically.
