Just so we are clear.... i aint sending anybody shit if it hits $3. I will buy you a drink in a bar at a caribbean resort where all the expenses were paid via the gain on this. You will also be rewarded with me seeing you as my "sugar daddy", but there are no benefits to that title.

I wouldnt expect sh!t my friend ... we can all meet in the Caribbean or Vegas and celebrate with our profits. I'm here to help people make money, and I don't expect anything in return. I want people to succeed, and if you're patient with all of my China plays, you'll be a richer man a year from now. Currently, most of my plays are up several hundred % ... but unfortunately, I didnt know about this site until recently.

However, if you hop on my China plays as they get posted, you will see significant returns in a short period of time. $CHIO is on the top of my list right now, can't wait for that run back to $2. $CKGT has been on fire, and still has a way to go, so I feel safe telling you to still buy it at these levels -- set a 52-week high today. $CCGY is also at the top of my list, just set a 52-week high today (running almost 20%) and their new plant is set to go-live later this month or early next month. Expect a run similar to what CKGT is having now when this announcement hits ... it will be at $1 within a day of the announcement, maybe sooner.

Ive also taken an entirely new approach on my Pinksheet Roulette plays and expect everyone to see minimum of 100% gains within 10 Trading Days. If not, then I have failed you. I'm targetting ridiculously low-float stocks that have been beaten down on little to no volume -- volume kills. I'll keep everyone updated if I decide to end a pick, Scale Down, or Double-down. I wont leave anyone hanging and will try to update everyone on a daily basis. So, if you're reading this, your first moves for tomorrow morning are: $CKGT, $CCGY, and $CHIO.

Furthermore, I'm expecting $LPIH to make its next leg-up very soon, it's been consolidating at this level for a week now, should move on up to $1.85 soon; however, they are reporting soon, so I dont recommend making a full-blown position just yet ... add in increments to be safe. $PUDZ has pretty much bottomed, so I'm recommending adding what you can under $4.30 ... expecting this to make it's move back over $5 in the next week or two.

I know you dont expect shit but i will buy that drink. I bought CHIO late today. I have LPIH, AHR, CMTP, CSGH, CVM, CYXN, JEDM (trying to exit at my cost of $0.10), LLFH, PUDZ and RBY. In all, i have around $20k on your advise. If i lose it, I cant blame anyone but me, if I win, then you can rent my guardian angel from time to time (on the cheap). I love the possibilities of Asia vs American decline. The Asian markets are HUGE and in the infant stage compared to Europe and US. I own a small business and don't have the time to do this type of research. Win or lose, I thank you.

AHR has been struggling a little lately due to missing a payment, but it's to their parent company BlackRock, so most of us in the trade dont think its a big deal ... I'll keep everyone updated on this one. I think itll trade sideways for another day or two, but realistically, they have about $5 Book Value, so if everything plays out the way it should, I see them heading to $2 by years end, maybe sooner.

JEDM was only for the short-term pop and I apologize for not making that more clear in my initial post. I bought in that day at .10-.11, and exited at .165. I still think it'll get another pop to the mid-teens due to a supposed CNBC special coming up, but if it closes below .06, cut your losses. Everything else you'll be in the green by month's end if you're not already.

$CHIO will continue to trade sideways for another few days, a big institutional investor has been selling their shares in large chunks, keeping the price from going back up. Keep loading up around $1, and when this MM is done selling, it's off to the races.

Hey, i had my chances to sell JEDM at $0.15 last week and got greedy trying to hold out for $0.17. (Note to self, 50% gain is ok, 50% gain is ok........) I plan to sell 10k shares at $0.10 and hold the balance to see what happens. I like the technology they have and if they pull it off, it has many applications.

If you bet on football, see my posts in the College Football Forum. If you bet opposite me, you will win money.

3-11 here and lost a teaser too on my posted plays. I bet on others that won and I dont bet a lot of money so it is not a big deal. You can get the Patron picks from this site. dont spend your money on that.

Good luck

It's a tough play because it is a lot more long-term than WAMUQ, so if you get another 20-50% pop, take some profits and plan on reloading when the MMs walk it down. I dont follow a lot of the Lehman action right now, because it's just short-term PPS fluctuation and I try to ignore it as much as possible. LHHMQ is a solid play, that's a Capital Trust I believe, so you're set holding that for the long-term. Try to ignore the price drops (even though I know they can be painful) ... use these as opportunities to pick up "trading shares" -- meaning you're only buying them with intentions to sell them on the next pop ... try not to sell your core position on the pops, just pick up trading shares on days like this when the MMs are walking it down because the volume isnt there to help keep the PPS up. You'll do fine in the long-term with LHHMQ ... better than fine, lol.

It's tough to say right now to be honest ... my initial plan was to scale out some around the first offer, if there is one. But the more and more I research and read what some bankruptcy lawyers and law students point out, there's just too many obvious numbers -- JPM's $2B bought WaMu's $300B, there's a missing $4B somewhere in the mix, and WaMu was no more insolvent than some of the banks that are still operating now (too busy to dig thru the paperwork to find what % i'm talking about). And, this simple statement off of WaMuequity.org (and note that it's .org, this might be of some relevance too i believe, not a generic .com website ... i might be mistaken, though):

"In April, 2008, JPM tried to buy Washington Mutual. They had long coveted the thrift for its many branches in markets where they had none and wanted to expand. The price of expanding by themselves, without buying Washington Mutual, was cost-prohibitive. Washington Mutual considered the $8 per share offer from JPMorgan too little for the expansive bank with $307B in assets, $188B in deposits, 2239 branches, 4,932 owned and branded ATMs, and 43,198 employees."

Source:
http://www.wamuequity.org/welcome-to-wamuequity-org/

So, JPM offered WaMu $8/share and took over their company 3 months later and gave the shareholders nothing?? I'm calling BS on JPM, the FDIC, & Sheila "Bear" ... I'm calling their bluff. They'll be hated by the American people as well as the Chinese, who own a large stake of WaMu thru TPG. And you can better believe the US is not gonna go out of its way to piss off the Chinese at a time like this, they've got way too much leverage over us right now (ummm, most of our debt).

I guess I'm trying to say I wont sell a share until it's worth at least $8/share, and even at that point I will likely only sell a portion of my position -- i just havent figured out what portion yet, it depends too much upon if Discovery is invoked or if they just settle straight-up before it occurs. Discovery, Id be looking for at least $12. Then you gotta weigh-in other possible financial institutions that may decide they want to buy WaMu now, then you're talking $18-36. There's still the possibility JPM will just convert our shares into their shares (thinking 4 WaMu = 1 JPM) which would be just as huge too. Too many "ifs" still, depends on how it plays out. Just gotta decide if you want to settle for a BMW or a Lamborghini, lol.

I hope this helps clarify my "exit strategy."

PAY DAY FELLAS, CAN YOU SMELL IT YET?? Media's being extra "bearish" on "Worthless/Junk/Bankrupt with no chance of being worth sh!t" stocks. This is the queue, they're setting us up for something big ... WaMu will be the headline of year, followed next year by Lehman Bros. Be part of history my friends.

Too much WaMu!! A lot of good information making it's way to the surface ... THIS JUST IN:

"Goldman Sachs letter of intent order

http://www.kccllc.net/documents/0812229/0812229090904000000000004.pdf

GS is asking the THJMW to approve the sale (price Redacted)and pay attorneys fees up to 300k$ for the following four wind projects.

With a 15 million dollar sale negotiation limit without judges approval.

Sale of wind <NOBR style="COLOR: darkgreen; FONT-SIZE: 100%; FONT-WEIGHT: normal" id=itxt_nobr_3_0>farm </NOBR> assets should be in the tune of:

400-550M$

But lets play the a$$ out of you and me game:

.50$ on the dollar = 200-225m$ which would corelate to the 15m$ negotigation price of about 1%.

Wind Farm #1

Retail electricity provider Direct Energy Inc. has signed a five-year agreement with Airtricity Inc., an Irish renewable energy company.

Houston-based Direct Energy will purchase all output and Renewable Energy Credits, or RECs, from Airtricity's 90-megawatt Sand Bluff Wind Farm located 60 miles north of San Angelo.

The Sand Bluff Wind Farm is scheduled to begin commercial operation in the second quarter of 2007. Dublin, Ireland-based Airtricity plans to own and operate the facility.

Cost ~150M$ (WMI financed)

Wind Farm #2

LOCATION: Kaheawa Pastures, Maui
ENERGY SOURCE: Wind
TECHNOLOGY: Wind turbine generators
SYSTEM SIZE: 30 MW
POWER PURCHASE TYPE: As-available
OWNER-OPERATOR: First Wind (formerly named UPC Wind)
DESCRIPTION: The wind farm consists of 20 General Electric 1.5-wind turbines on a ridgeline above Ma’alaea in southwest Maui. The wind farm, on state land leased from the Department of Land and Natural Resources, became operational in June 2006. The purchase power agreement with Maui Electric Company was approved by the Public Utilities Commission on March 18, 2005.

Cost 65-70M$ (WMI financed)

Wind Farm #3
RES-Whirlwind wind farm
RES's Role: Developer, Owner and EPC construction contractor
Developer: RES Americas
Owner: RES Americas
Installed Capacity: 60 MW
Number of Turbines: 26
Turbine Rating: 2,300 kW
Turbine Type: Siemens 2.3 Mk2
Year of Operation: 2007

Cost ~90M$ (WMI financed)

Wind Farm #4
Buffalo Gap 2 is a 232.5 MW expansion consisting of 155 GE wind turbines, each rated at 1.5 MW. The facility was developed by AES Wind Generation and went into commercial operation in June 2007. The power is sold to Direct Energy under a 10-year power purchase agreement.

Cost ~250M$ (WMI financed)

Thus would explain a 100% change in stock price value @ 50% value of sale.

GS Wind <NOBR style="COLOR: darkgreen; FONT-SIZE: 100%; FONT-WEIGHT: normal" id=itxt_nobr_0_0>Farm </NOBR> Purchase Price is over 100m$.

Execution Letter page 16 of 23

Sale Price space matching matches that of 9 figures.

http://www.kccllc.net/documents/0812229/0812229090904000000000004.pdf

GS is asking the THJMW to approve the exclusive sale (price Redacted)and pay attorneys fees up to 300k$ for four wind farm projects.

So, Maybe we will see the sale of Wind Farm Assests on the Sept 24th Omnibus Schedule..

FDIC Seeks Comments On Extending Debt Guarantee
http://www.foxbusiness.com/story/ma...fdic-seeks-comments-extending-debt-guarantee/

"The TLGP has been very effective at helping financial institutions bridge the uncertainty and dysfunction that plagued our credit markets last fall," said FDIC Chairman Sheila Bair in a statement. "As domestic credit and liquidity markets appear to be normalizing and the number of entities utilizing the Debt Guarantee Program has decreased, now is an important time to make clear our intent to end the program. It is also important to note that the FDIC has collected over $9 billion in fees associated with this program. The FDIC will be using some of this money to off set resolution costs associated with bank failures."

From the P&A Agreement 500m$ set aside for WAMU..

I have a silly question,
If wamu got the settlement, can you imagine how many people will be rich in that day?
do you think FDIC employees will let that happen?
Its a super silly question but I just gotta ask.

The FDIC didnt seem to care when the Bear Stearns stock holders that bought in around $1.50-2 became over-night millionaires when JPM upped their offer to $10. That wouldve been 500% ROI. I dont think the FDIC is worried about making people rich, they're trying to cover their own a$$es here.

kuwlness has made this pretty clear, but for some reason I feel the responsibility to again remind people not to invest more than you can stand to lose in this or any highly speculative security.

Hoyt Torpedoes TX Action

"In the interest of justice, and to avoid the needless expense of refiling this suit, this case is TRANSFERRED to the federal District Court for the District of Columbia pursuant to 12 U.S.C. § 1821(d)(6)(A) and 28 U.S.C. § 1406(a).

Contributor from Yahoo Board:
"For shareholders, the TX suit is what got us the 2004 Discovery. This TX suit is by Bondholders. So we are not direct beneficiaries of any result.

Frankly, I'm OK with it going to DC court... but wish we could have seen some "Texas style" justice to go with all the other court proceedings.

For me, I tend to agree with the judge. The TX action always belonged in District Court... but we (shareholders) got what we needed out of the process -- the 2004 Discovery."

FYI: This really isnt anything too major for us, but it's another step in the right direction. We have about 14 days for a direct settlement ... otherwise, it's off to court in which case we'll likely get more $$$
