Good job fish, maybe now you can talk to them about them acting like jerks, they might lose their customer base if they keep it up

Resolved!!

I'd like to report that my withdrawal issue has been completely resolved.

I talked to V-wager today...

The supervisor personally took care of it and within 30 minutes of my phone call processed my withdrawal (over 10 dimes) to Neteller wtih no fees. I expressed my frustration and he gave me his sincere apologies and also told me to contact him directly in the future if any other issues arrise.

Thank you FISH for your help in this matter. I am satisfied with the outcome and have nothing but praise for the way V-wager handled it.

Great job Fish, it's sad a mod has to get involved though. How can they expect new players to sign up when they treat their current customers like this?

Happy to hear you got paid Tkeller!

They pay the guy and the problem is over?

I don't think so...What exactly was the problem that this player was treated in this fashion and made to come here to beg for his money?

V-wager was just overly swamped with withdrawl requests after Sundays slaughter and since the WD was abnormally large, it probably needed extra approval.

Glad to see this issue get quickly resolved.

V-wager acted swiftly in solving the matter and that was great to see.

Thanks V-wager and thanks Keller for being patient.
