I already deposited the $100 last week, it's just that VW policies discourage me from making anything beyond a minimal bet, I'm not the only guy saying that, am I ?

VW is just not keeping up with competition. Very few books don't give at least one free WD a month. Skybook is the only one that comes to mind, but they at least give the half ( not sure if that includes play-offs).

Judas Priest Doug....they charge a mere $15 per 2500 is all.

Peanuts, especially considering they offer 20% cash bonuses, free contests, and no vig game promos.

Considering they used to charge a whopping 4% for neteller payouts, their new policies are great to see. They do have the awful 30 day hold rule if you get a bonus, but that is easier for me to get over than charging me 4% to get my money.

Here's the deal, I said pay me anyway you want to. Write a check and put a friggin stamp on it. ACTUAL Cost 39 Cents if done in US to a 1.00. (if done offshore)

Check my regular mail should be free PERIOD at the very least.

It should also be stated that

a. they only give bonuses if you are losing there
b. $15 is the fee for $2500 or any fraction thereof, so for a small bettor, let's say a guy who deals with $500 or less per transaction, $15 is at least 3%. This is considerable. If you deal with less, say $200 per transaction, $15 is prohibitive.
3. I believe my last transaction at V-Wager was a small w/d (about $1000). They did not charge me anything to the best of my recollection. I have been playing there off and on for at least two years.

Regardless, I personally like V-Wager and will continue to play there as well as at their sister book Millenium.

Dougie, if you spent half the time looking for +EV bets that you spend complaining on the forums, you'd make enough extra money to pay for 50 years worth of withdrawal fees from V-Wager.

When you send money to a book, you take into account the total package (bonus, bettable lines, betting limits, withdrawal fees, etc.), and if you look at the V-Wager package, which includes the 20% bonus, you don't fukking whine about a $15 per $2,500 withdrawal fee, for Crissakes !

And by the way, Cascade does charge a fee for all Neteller withdrawals ... but guess what, people still play there.

It's kind of ridicurous for different BOS books to not have the same policy. If Mill does it free, then VW should also.

I remember now, that's why I don't play at Cascade. I didn't start this thread, but I did start a similar one about a week ago.

THEY SAY they charge a fee but NOT LISTED AT WEBSITE IT SIMPLY STATED YOU PAY FEE WITH NO FEE SCHEDULE, that is scary, you are at their mercy. Also would this be the opposite of a recreation book then because the small better 50 100 200 dollar buy in would be economically prohibited from playing there with fees so high in % to their BR.

Not true, my friend and me are both lifetime winners there and we both received 20% bonuses on our reups for this contest.

Yes this is true, but not much to get upset at if one is getting into a free contest AND receiving a 20% bonus. Say one elects to send a MERE $100, thats a $20 bonus right off the top plus free entry into two $4000 contests. Pretty good if you ask me.

Very nice Bill, good to hear and nice to know...:thumbsup2:

I can't believe the posters who are defending this book for charging a "mere" $15 for a cashout. Anyone who line shops will also want to play at a place that doesn't charge a fee to cashout. Why shop for that 1/2 or 1 point better line? This place is all about making money in this business. Cashout fees can certainly add up in a hurry. I deposit and cashout all day every day. If I was charged a mere $15 each time I would be spending $1000 a month in fees.

Certainly one has the option to do what they want and if they feel the $15 fee is a hinderance to them, by all means NEVER post-up at V-Wager and send your funds elsewhere.

Personally, I will gladly live with a $15 per 2500 if the book in question offers 20% cash bonuses, offers a ton of great free contests, and vig free games.

V-wager/MVP Sportsbook have treated more than fair over the past 5+ years that I have been associated with them. For the record for those that don't know me, would consider myself a very MIDDLE of the road MEDIAN roller(meaning not a super HIGH ROLLER, but far from a LOW ROLLER). Perhaps others that are not in my "roller range" will not find satisfaction with V-wager, but they have suited me just fine over the years. Certainly many here fit into the same category as yours trully.

And, as Bill mentioned, if you give them any kind of decent action, they will probably work with you and allow you a free withdrawl.

If you are are cashing out everyday, there is now way you pay no fees. Considering most books give one free and then charge $30 for a neteller payout up to $2500, v-wager is not out of line.

This is really a silly complaint. I do agree that small bettors should receive the option of at least a cheque by mail for free though.
