I moved on 5 times, but what upsets me is that Joe told me personally after booting me the first 5 times that I'm not welcome to join any other VIP books (which I didn't) BUT that he was quite ok "letting me play around with $150 limits at B19".
He seems like a nice enough guy, but you'd think he'd have the decency to to email me before completely renegging on his word just because I won a whopping nickel this year (and no Buzz, I didn't take them up on their Superbowl bonus and free parlay).

I'm a fan of VIP and how they do business but Lander has a gripe. They want to have their cake and eat it too.
Also..Ninja is right. If you reload at VIP you get 400 bucks bonus tops for the life of your account. If I bet a half Mil there its still 400 bucks. Nothing wrong with that but not a high bonus shop.

I wandered ac**** the street today and made my first posts over there in a VIP thread.
Now I have apparently been branded as "Chrissy" @SBR even though I don't have the slightest clue of who "Chrissy" is. I got into a pissing contest the like of which I've never engaged in here. On my first couple of posts no less.
Independent of any dealings that Buzzsaw has with that family of books which I care nothing about, I stated over there and will state here that VIP and Gameday are good choices for a newbie or weekend $10 to $20 dollar square about to make his first post up and nothing more than that.
Yes VIP are pussies. But newbies who post up $300 or so with any clue whatsoever, may very well have their best chance to get out with a profit there. That is provided they, and I'm not sorry to say, do not delay to do some quick bonus whoring. And I would encourage them to do just that with what I called over there these "Kindergarten" books. Now a moron over there accused me of accepting money from Allistar to say that.
Anyway, the successful newbie will post up elsewhere and a few may progress to where we're at.
Many who lose that initial post up will be gone for good. Why should they be sacrificed to the "sharp" shops who want them badly? I'm speaking here as I was there about the best positive expectations for a newbie.
C'mon guys most of us don't play there anymore of course. But I feel strongly about what I said. I thought I laid out some legitimate, genuine, and good advice for newbies [and newbies and total squares only ] that I believe to be true.
Those two books gave me a small profit before I pulled out right after my rollover being the 240 lb. hairy whore that I was. The rest for me is history. I, for the most part, know what I'm doing now and can honestly say that I at least do not lose money offshore.
I must say how good it is though to not ever be flamed or face ghost accusations for giving an honest opinion over here. Yet I found it quite exhilerating to drop the gloves. I plan on going back especially if that is the name of their game. Ain't been able to pop off like that in a long time. I value my reputation here as a decent guy too much to do something like that over here.
Say what you will about Buzzsaw, but for the most part whatever Buzz's agenda or business dealings are, he will at least not willingly send a newbie to slaughter and makes pretty damn clear which book is appropriate for whom.
His site, warts and all, may be the best we have now and best back then too. When I was a naive babe in the woods he, at the very least, kept me away from the big bad wolves.
