raiders72001 - You hit the nail on the head. The young 18-21 year old kids playing professional sports should give half of their paycheck to ESPN and the other media. If it weren't for the media hype, these kids wouldn't be getting half of the money that they are.

I guess you could really blame ESPN and the other sports media for our ticket prices going up every year. I love sports but I refuse to spend $100 (minimum)to take my family to a sporting event.

Just a matter of time before his style of play causes him to get another serious injury. If he keeps playing the same style of football he is playing right now, he will not have a long career.

Interesting topic. Vick is a tremendous athlete,but is far from being a solid Q.B.

Joe Montana said it best the week before Vicks injury, "Vick's no good to his team if he gets hurt". Sure enough that's what happened, and will happen again if he doesn't learn the Q.B.position..Ask Mcnabb.
