Seriously, this is not only about the money. You know how it is.I m also tired of posting and exchanging useless e-mails,but I believe that as long as LM decides to spend some time about it,it will be done in a couple of days.He said that I will get no special treatment, neither bad or good.He doesn't seem to agree that 90 days for a bank trace is "bad".

VG789, our staff and I have been nothing but professional with you despite your antics. Instead of trying to blackmail us at the Rx perhaps you should contact your bank and inquire as to why they will not reply to our SWIFT inquiry. We will not send a second payment until there is proof you did not get the first one. Please accept my apologies for not taking your word for it.

VG - have you done what is highlighted above? I am just trying to get this resolved. Can you do what they ask of you so we can put this to bed? I am halfway serious about just paying this amount if they don't want to do it. Seems like they are upset with you and are trying to teach you a lesson.

Can you tell me how much we are talking about? E-mail me. It's worth it to stop this crap....

Thought about that too.

The fact the guy is considered a scammer by LM has nothing to with this any longer. The book has admitted sending payment, so all past is history. Now we get the payment received and case closed.

Patrick, I assure you revenge is by no means a factor here. The only reason I bring up the player's history with us to let people understand why I am not authorizing a second payment without confirmation the first one will be returned.

Had this been a customer with a positive history, we would potentially make a special accommodation but not in this case. We will do nothing less than treat the situation professionally but there won't be any special favors. This goes to your point as well General. His past does not affect whether he should be paid in this instance but rather whether I will send him a second payment on the blind faith that he says he did not get it.

As far as the revenge thing goes, it's just not our style. You pay the guy, with or without bonuses, and send him packing... either way be done with it. Lingering issues are just negative energy.

As far as your offering to pay him, it shows what a great player advocate you are (General too) but it won't be necessary. It does give me an idea though, drop me an email at admin@linesmaker.com -- Cheers, Mike

Mike - point taken, I see where I could have come across sort of irritated. Exasperated is the better word. Sometimes we get caught in the middle between players and books, neither is happy with the other side and we are left to deal with the mess. You have a good crew down there (alway thought so) and I am confident it will be get resolved. Hopefully sooner than later.
