LOL, a shell casing was found in the Nissan Altima Hernandez rented and the casing contained Hernandez's DNA. The casing came from a bullet used to kill Lloyd.

What else do you want?

Shell casing in the car had gum on it that the police separated. That part of evidence is pretty much contaminated.

Anyone see the jurors laughing about it when asked if they thought he was holding a gun or not. Kind of mind boggling you just sent someone away for life and 4 of you arr laughing hysterically. I do not believe they didn't know who Robert Kraft is. I guess that means none of them have ever watched a patriots football game because they show him every fucking game

Dude is guilty as sin .....Save your bullshit theories on more opaque topics. ANYONE who argues otherwise is an idiot.

Hernandez phoned his fiance from the police department and told her to get rid of a box from the basement. He then told her to give the two guys with him when Odin died money. Those two guys then disappeared.

No evidence really at all. Hard for me to send a man to jail for the rest of his life based on speculation

Almost all of it was speculation except for the home footage.

Cnn showed a black cat walking near the car when hernandez picks up lloyd at lloyds home. Crazy

So. That could be accessory after the fact. That doesn't prove he murdered anyone.

It is clear he did it

But you have to think about bias and motives here. Kraft had some of the most damning testimony in the whole case. What was his incentive? He wants to get that 40 million back.

If he turned off the home video footage he would be off. The footage of them all doing nothing the next day is the most important part because the defense says Ortiz or Wallace shot cuz they were on pcp. Thats the real evidence. But most of it is circumstantial nba is right

I followed this case daily. Regardless of what ppl say on here this was a highly circumstantial murder case. No murder weapon. No eye witness. And the prosecutions motive was that hernandez was crazy and couldn't trust anyone and that he starred at lloyd in the club.

The defense didn't try to convince the jury that someone else killed lloyd because the case was mostly about jurors filling in some gaps. When Robert Kraft dropped the bomb about what Aaron Hernandez apparently told him...it changed the defense's strategy. Where they had to tell the jury that in fact Hernandez was there and witnessed it but saw his friend on pcp shoot lloyd and hernandez was shocked and didn't know what to do. That backfired big time. So the Kraft testimony was huge.

Ortiz already tried to flip but then recanted. They all gonna get life because of the "joint venture" law in Massachusetts

I doubt he was convicted on "speculation" only. We didn't hear the evidence the jury did. Hell, even his own attorney puts him at the scene when it happened.

I heard the evidence. Watched it on "Wild about Trial" almost every day on my phone.

What enfuego said about the casing was already proved to be contaminated evidence. The DNA examiner testified in court that she didn't know a piece of gum was originally attached to the shell casing. Which the police admitted to seperating. The dna examiner then went on to say the dna on the gum could transfer over and could contaminate the dna on the shell casing. Just clarifying for you enfuego

Yeah, he just picked Lloyd up, took him to the murder scene, drove back to his house, recorded himself carrying the same gun that killed him, ripped up his phone, disposed of a box, called a cleaning crew to come over, responded to the police with whatutalkingboutwillis, we just drinking smoothies and shit here. Then as a last ditch hail mary tried to blame his friends and said he was just a witness. A witness that afterwards drank smoothies and chilled and let the real murderers watch his baby.

Yeah, no evidence.

If I ever get charged for a crime I want you on the jury. I won't even have to hire a defense attorney.

He should be executed for felonious stupidity!! Hannah Storm said this morning that he was "one of the hardest people to interview" that she's ever had. Had a hard time comprehending the questions, then couldn't elaborate w/his answers. She said "someone failed him". NO SHIT!!
