Thanks for sharing your thoughts about the current Vegas scene. Do you feel uneasy due to shady characters on the strip especially after dark?
I stayed on the strip but hung out at South Point because my buddy that lives there and of course he doesn’t do the strip. But walking to Walgreens late at night yea it was a freak show but not any worse than years past. My family has a time share I stay at I was the first to use it since pandemic we have a lot of weeks banked but not going next week going to be to crowded.

Restaurants are bumping up to 50% capacity on Monday so that should be helpful although you should still check the hours and days before you just show up for a meal. The capacity limits in the casino were always a joke because they were including conference space in the square footage calculation which essentially meant they didn't have to turn anyone away in the casino although sportsbook seating was and will be problematic.

Still seeing very random acts of violence that they try to keep on the QT. After midnight, I would consider outside walking somewhat risky. The fronts of Ballys, Planet Hollywood and the Bellagio seem to be magnets for troublemakers, thugs and hoods.

Thanks AZ much appreciated.

OK thanks for the info. I definitely have to go to South Point in the future. VSIN is based there and has sold me on it, Circa looks awesome too. Have to check that out too! Usually me and my buddies have always stayed in the heart of the strip.

Strip foot traffic seems heavy for a Wednesday. Even a normal Wednesday before the "pandemic" I'd consider this somewhat heavy. Things kind of slow inside the casinos we've been in so far. But the foot traffic is definitely out and about outside.

Forgot it's St Patrick's Day. Not really something I keep track of. But that might have something to do with the traffic. Plus, the beginnings of the weekend Tourney crowd filing in.

Going to give you a good tip.. Circa by far has the best future options in Vegas. I'd say 75% of my future wagers are made there.. Westgate still good .. WH not bad.
