Post-vasectomy pain syndrome is a chronic and sometimes debilitating genital pain condition that may develop immediately or several years after vasectomy.

There is a noticeable increase in pressure within the vas deferens on the testicular side following vasectomy.[SUP][8][/SUP] The epididymides of vasectomized men are often swollen and distended from backpressure effects.[SUP][8][/SUP] The efferent ducts and seminiferous tubules of the testes are also impacted by backpressure, leading to an increase in area and thickness.[SUP][9][/SUP] Backpressure from blockage of the vas deferens causes a rupture in the epididymis, called an "epididymal blowout", in over half of vasectomy patients.[SUP][3][/SUP] Sperm sometimes leak from the vas deferens of vasectomized men, forming lesions in the scrotum known as sperm granulomas. Some sperm granulomas can be painful.[SUP][10][/SUP] Paradoxically, the presence of a sperm granuloma at the vasectomy site prevents epididymal pressure build-up, perforation, and the formation of an epididymal sperm granuloma. It thus lessens the likelihood of epididymal discomfort.[SUP][11][/SUP]

I had it done recently.

I'll tell you boys, follow the doctor's orders. Don't go jogging or lifting weights the day after. You'll need a good week to recover as your sack doesn't feel so hot for awhile. If you go out and try to conquer the world the day after this surgery, you could find yourself in the ER with a giant bowling ball between your legs.

My luck, I happen to suffer from this. Fucking sucks at times. It can be days at a time where it hurts just to move and it hurts just to put on underwear. It goes away after several days and it usually returns a couple/few weeks later

What did the Doctors say about it?

There's gotta be something they can do right?

Nothing they can really do because its the nerve. There is a surgery you can have done to remove the nerve, but I'm not going that route. Just something I have to live with

Better a pain in the balls for 2 days than a pain in the ass for 18 years

2nd that...Hurts like hell at times, but I will take that over your statement above:103631605

A vasectomy doesn't prevent you from having kids, it just changes the color of them. I had one two years back, me and my gf are both white but she recently gave birth to a black kid.

Best thing I ever did was talk the wife into getting her tubes tied.

I was to much of a pussy to get mine done...

How did your hystorectomy go?
You spelled *Orgy wrong, and you should ask your Ex-girlfriend (you know, the only one you didn't have to pay).
