This was one of the best and craziest matches I have seen in a long time. As a diehard Tennis fan, there was everything in this match that you can ask for. Phenomenal serving, amazing defense, and the mental stability from both players. Djoker is #1 in the world for a reason AND and he is "The Machine" for a reason. Thiem is a 27 year old superstar. He finally broke through by winning his 1st Grand Slam at the US Open in NY this year. I do not like betting against Djoko, but this situation called for it.

Thiem had 4 MATCH POINTS in the 2nd Set tiebreak (TB), but just could not get that final point he needed. Djoko was even surprised he saved that many because he himself was chuckling. I'm not a huge fan of Djoko for my many reasons, but I respect the hell out of him as a tennis player (I understand the situation, because I have been a die hard Bulls fan since the 80's. People did not like Michael Jordan. And that's fine to me. But you better admit one thing, he is the GREATEST BASKETBALL PLAYER OF ALL TIME).

Then we finally move onto the 3rd and final set and we go to ANOTHER TB!!! Guys, keep in mind, before that 3rd Set, Djokovic was 15-1 in TBs in 2020. Novak goes up 4-0 in the TB, and I was thinking, well this ML could be toast. Then all of a sudden, Thiem STORMS BACK & gets his mental stability right back, and reels of 6 straight points to make it a 6-4 TB!!! Then we all know what happened after this. THE DOMINATOR comes through 7-5, 6-7 (10-12), 7-6 (7-5)!!!!! Thiem.....GAME, SET, MATCH!!!

Too bad I missed it, one could sense just looking at the bare score that it was a classic. Funny, the first time I clicked on ESPN, it was 7-5 Thiem, and 5-4 Djokovic. Annoyingly, ESPN does not have the little dot showing which player is on serve, but, it took me several seconds to figure out, 12 games in the first set, if ND wins this game, automatic winner on over 23 by going 3 sets (barring retirement), and if he loses the game, the, it's gotta go at least 12 games, twelve plus twelve equals 24, DUH, winner, lol. It's a cliche, but cliches are often true: YOU DA MAN!!!!!!

Dafinch.....your #1 problem is that u are trying to follow tennis scores on ESPN.

I have mentioned this at least 5x. You must follow live scores at:

https://www.flashscore.com/tennis/

ESPN is the worst place ever to follow ANY SPORTS for scoring reasons.

I've never noticed you post that site, but, thanks, I'll use it from now on. Funny you should say that, because, they had that 7-5, 5-4 posted, without change until, literally, the match was over.

Today's London Finals starts at 12pm (CST). I'll let you guys know early if I play anything, for the Final match of 2020. Two of my most favorite young lions battle off vs each other. Both in form and playing some amazing tennis. I went with the young LIONS yesterday to beat the season veteran GOATs of our era!!! What a Saturday it was.
