Damn, wish I was up your way the end of the week, town must be going nuts. I saw this thing on CBS This Morning, showed a bunch of stuff not yet invented the last time the Cubbies played in a WS, it was funny, couldn't stop laughing. No microwave oven, no NBA, No Mets (sorry Metsfan), the credit card didn't exist, the LA Dodgers were the Brooklyn Dodgers, and neither presidential candidate had been born (and I wish they hadn't been born at all).

Went out in Wrigleyville after the wedding i had to attend on Saturday night..........the city was BUZZIN (Literally, haha). This city is ready to explode if they win the Fall Classic! Time will tell...

Gonna be a tough road, the Tribe are playing really good ball right now. The players need to take that damn All-Star game more seriously, if you don't think it affects the WS, watch and see. I simply can not think of a better seat in pro sports this century than a ticket to Wrigley for Game 3, I might actually buy a couple on the net and fly up. Have fun V-man!!!

My BEST weekend of the season thus far in the NFL! Made a bunch back and almost back in the BLACK. I wasn't confident in any of the morning or afternoon games, so I decided to be very selective the last few weeks. The PRIMETIME games as you can see have been very good to me. Let's keep it rolling into WK#9!

Had my best NFL weekend also, must be a pretty good breeze coming off Lake Michigan all the way to North Carolina, LOL. I have Harry the Hat to thank for most of mine as I tailed his teaser and laid the lumber to it. How 'bout dem Bears!!! Now it's the Cubs turn.
