Pretty sure statue of limitations is stayed when someone is unable to face trial (unconscious, etc). I'd assume in most states, being in another jail would put it on hold.

Anyways, this guys is going to bleed to death from his ass long before 35 years. Nothing like a little cute Dutch guy to throw to the masses.

Clown says he'll tell her where the body is in Aruba so Holloway's friend goes to Aruba and meets him and he points out the body is buried near/in a house. Problem is the house wasn't even built when she went missing. He was full of shit....just trying to get money to pay for his trip to Peru.

I watched an interview on FOX News with an International Lawyer who had visited the Peruvian Prison on several occasions. He said that for $50-$100 prisoners would line up to kill anybody in that prison that you wanted. He then said that with this guys notoriety, there is "no way he makes it out alive".

Supposedly the prisoners there already know that he is coming.

I just hope that they don't kill him too quickly.
