That First one is really nice... but like it says, bottom line for week, $8K

a place like that which sleeps 8, not so bad

but you're talking $ 1,600 or more per person for flight and house

although if that guy can't rent it, I'm sure he'll take 5k

What's terrible? It fits Defying's list to a tee. Family oriented but still has nightclubs & stuff. Right in the Mid-Atlantic.
