Phil Steele had the UTEP offense ranked #41 in the country with Buffalo coming in ranked #112..........AND THIS WAS BEFORE THE INJURY TO RB STARKS.

Steele had this game has his #2 selection in his newsletter with the anticipation of Starks playing............it would not surprise me at all if this is one of his key late telephone releases, and if it indeed is, anticipate this line jetting to at least -10.

Starks backup had over 100 yds against UTEP last year and the 3rd string RB is a pretty good prospect himself. True the new QB is no brees but they will still run the ball.......UTEP should be much better but ill let em show me 1 1st....

For the record Fish is among a handful of very veteran Rxers we bend one of our rules a bit for and allow them to post their top plays for the greater good of the troops here on The Offshore Fourm.


Moderators look the the other way in recogntion of long and generous service when vets like Fish want to share.

There are a handful of others that are in Fish's group. Notably G.Money with an occasional pony, Sportsavant with his Canadien Football special, Judge Wapner with anything he recommends, Slim with an everybody and their pet Iguana plays, TryTryTry with a pony or exacta, Iceman with a + even situation, Bellyputter with a golf play, of course CoachLT with a RubberBand selection, although he usually shares them with his pals in College Foots. Finally a Buffalo only for or against play from Harrington.

Just in case anyone was wondering if we had changed policy - no we haven't except on rare occasions and when any of the everyone plays something events occur like the Kentucky Derby, The Masters, The World Series, The Super Bowl or a super boxing match (although those are few and far between anymore)..
