Sounds like cooler heads prevailed as she was never arrested or charged.
But damn, you don't need to treat a nurse like that. She was in the right, called her supervisor to make sure she was in the right.

The detective should be suspended and moved to another duty. Clearly he is too hot headed to be doing what he is assigned to be doing.

The cop was trying to obtain blood from a victim of a car crash, caused by police. They didn't want the liability, go figure.

lol that cop had no chance
not sure why he went to arrest her. not like that would make someone more likely to draw blood for him.
and seriously, why pick a fight with the one institution that is your last line of defense in an occupation where you will need them when you get shot/stabbed/beaten by a criminal?
