I hope they can reach a compromise for both party's sake...
I see why the player didnt feel he should have to rush to roll it over, and that he sent money...
But i also cant get past the fact that the booked owed him ZILCH before he came to them....they offered him a deal since he got screwed...and lets be honest, a 100% bonus on a 5,000 deposit is a good deal, no matter what the rollover........
And since he was able to w/d the winnings and the money he sent, i think it was fair...I realize they took back the bonus, but he had access to the bonus money to use, to get his winnings, which he was paid......
Therefore i hate to see the book raked over the coals, when they were helping the player out...
When the next book goes down, and people are looking for help or bailouts, its things like this that make the book say "nah, forget it..."
so i hope for everyone's sake they can reach a compromise....
