UCLA out coached Tenn. last night.

I was very impressed with UCLA stunts they were performing on the D-line. The got pressure on the QB and thats what those stunts are intended for.

I bet Tenn. last night and had over 6 units on them.

Had Tenn not fumbled inside the 10 yard line and scored a TD they would have run away with the game.

Fair enough and perhaps I'd especially like to make this point since I'm a huge 'SC fan and despise UCLA. But let's say 2 totally different teams had played last night and instead of UT, it was Colorado, and instead of UCLA, it was Indiana, I'd still say that Colorado would beat Indiana by 21+ at Boulder. But yes, I fully admit that I would've LOVED to see UCLA get ruined last night (as an 'SC fan), but don't feel that's clouded my judgment of the two teams individual talents; UT is far superior to UCLA but whatever.

Not to ride your loyalty to USC (I have my own) -- but don't you think this has sharpened your judgment of those 2 teams' coaching staffs?

Most definitely. Rick the Slick, Chow, and Walker in Westwood certainly doesn't sit well with me from a recruiting standpoint, but it's good for the conference, and more importantly, will hopefully inspire 'SC further. And if it accomplishes that last bit, I'm all for it then.

The difference was definitely in coaching, especially w/halftime adjustments. UCLA is going to be awful on the road though, I'm confident of that.
