USC/WASH line this week??

You really think that any team that had a decent passer wouldn't have rolled USC on Saturday. This team is going to get beat at Cal, unless there are some drastic improvments. They had 2 offensive drives that amounted to points.


Tressel's playing calling combined with Pryor's inability are providing USC a false bravado that is going to bite this team this year.

Well if you read the entire post you see i say they will not win all thier games if they get past ND CAL will get them. And we will have to agree to disagree on the fact that it was USC's Defense that kept OSU to 13 offense points and not just OSU offense is bad.

I think UW is a bit too full of themselves. Will I take the points? Probably. But this is the kind of stuff they don't need. USC loves to find motivations like this. Tread carefully.

Should they be like Ohio State and say, well we played a good game and we hope we win. I am not advocating people talking noise, but I would rather have guys that feel this way than those defeated before taking the field.

No, they shouldn't talk to the press period. It is NEVER a good idea to give your opponent BB material. How many times does shit like this backfire on a team?

I would agree right off the bat thats the first thought, i made some good money fading Wash last year. i am betting the situation here as well as the fact that The Washington coach knows this team inside and out knows these running backs knows these recievers and that will play a factor.

As far as this is USC's worst team that is like saying she's the uglest Miss Universe. :grandmais
this team lost like 20 guys on Defense but from what i have seen they havnt missed a beat just ask Ohio st and ther 13 offensive points. they have the best lines they have had in years that rank with the best in the country returned thier recievers and running backs who might be some of the best in the nation. a rookie QB who plays nothing like one and thats it. they have a brutal road schedule, @ Ohio St, @ Cal, and @ ND, so idont think this is there year but next year watch out.

Just clap your hands, click your heels together 3 times, close your eyes and say I wan't to go home, and the fantasy will happen this year.... maybe.

When you hear that the kid who just got sacked for 14 yards buried deep at his own end of the field, comes back into the huddle, smiles and says, OK let's do this, then he does it... it makes you think.

If USC manages to run the gauntlet, they will be in the NC game, and so will Barkley.
