Do itn't even know who my regular mail carrier is.

Just about everyday it seems like it's a new person.

It's not really an assigned route and you're likely to catch different carriers because of things like off days vacations...they get 5 weeks of vacation, sick of work days etc.
You rarely should have contact




with a carrier unless it's registered mail requiring a signature

Most are 40++, and probably veterans and eligible for retirement a second time
I see Suzy maybe twice a year
She comes around 12-2 pm typically, I'm not going to waiting at my mailbox for her, she may have retired 10 months ago !

I'm telling you level 3 janitor is the best and hardest job to get ,it would be easier to become a level 22 or whatever Postmaster than a 3 level custodian !

It's a fucked up place for sure, a blind level 4 mailhandler can
N about double a Postmaster's income, and the ultimate job is janitor you're invisible if you can get that gig, you better be a veteran, preferably disabled...
