If you watch certain angles of this the ball appears to move as an object would when attracted by a magnet

with "the magnet" in this case being DJ's Golf Club.

Does not appear DJ's Club actually moved the ball but instead as though the ball was attracted towards the clubhead like a magnetic force

but did not touch the clubhead.

This is among the strangest shit I have ever seen.

Don't know beyond The Exact Rule establishing that should a ball move there has to be a reason for it.

The Proximity of his Club to the ball is what is going to cause them to rule that he does in fact lose a stroke
