When Kiffin was first introduced as the Tenn coach the first thing he did was publicly insult almost ALL of the current SEC head coaches. The main coaches he pissed off were the coaches that will play the Vols this year. They are Urban Meyer, Nick Saban, Steve Spurrier,Mark Richt, and Houston Nutt.

that sentence makes no sense. how did he piss off "almost ALL" . Mullen, Johnson,Brooks,Chizuk,Nutt,Myles,Petrino have no beef with Kiffin.

really just Meyer (who cries like a 3 yr old girl), Saban (over taking his top recruiter from him) and Spurrier (who threw the first punch), Richt (not even sure he has beef, maybe over Marlon brown?)

find where any of the other coaches have a beef with him...4 of 11 is not "almost ALL" but thanks for the hyperbole. this Kiffin legend is growing faster than Tebow's did. its entertaining,

Russ, the quote that you refer to was coined by 1996 UF db Lawrence Wright. It is now Gator lore.

The SEC spring meeting in Destin FL is a couple of weeks ahead, and we may see some early sparks. Gosk, how I LOVE College Football. :103631605:toast: LT

Thanks Coach. Very interesting indeed. Maybe they will just all kiss and make up. How do you think Old Man Kiffin will do with the defense he inherited?

CP,

Dude...you are an idiot!

That's all.....

Coach, I went to First Coast News site looking to find the link to the Fornicators and Adulterers personal depts and saw a list with ALL the salaries of the JFRD. These salaries seemed to be just the base salaries without sell back and any ot. Ellie Byrd and Larry Peterson 113 K. Yours was in there also.

Grossly OVERPAID! :laugh::toast::103631605 LT

Hey coach.

Kiffin kinda overdid it. I will be curious to see if he shows up at the SEC coaches meeting with a couple of big uglies flanking him. Most of all, will he be punished?

I remember when Harbaugh showed up at his first Pac-10 meeting and he had already gotten under Pete Carroll's skin by saying that Pete was headed to the NFL. He made the Trojans look like lame ducks. Then he said Lloyd Carr was cheating on his players' academics which pissed Lloyd off. (Harbaugh played QB at Michigan.)
He did all that for Stanford pride. :dancefool:dancefool:dancefool

Then he called the Trojans the greatest team there ever was at the coaches meeting.
:carto1710
Then he beat them at the coliseum. It's like he set them up -- all in his first year.

THAT made a big splash.

Conan, I like what Harbaugh has done so far EXCEPT that last second touchdown against SJ State a couple of years ago.

I do believe that Kiffen will be punished.

OBTW, with USC losing to Stanford as a 41 point favorite, at home. USC now has the dubious distinction of being the all time largest pointspread favorite to lose straight up. Sometimes I think Carroll does the least with the most talent in CFB. :ohno: LT

Yes, I remember that cheesy TD. I paid for it like you no doubt. Those schools are only about 20 min. away from each other. I think it was a problem in the hood of some sort. It sounds more like a local matter. We may never know what got into his mind.

Lotta big egos over there at USC too Coach. And they ain't pros like the NY Yankees.

You know what they say, you can't appreciate pleasure unless you know pain. USC is the only team I've ever heard of that beats the best in CFB by 6 TDs but then a team they should beat by 6 beats them. CFB is a crazy life. I wish I had Stanford on the ML that day.

Screw Meyer & his bullshit offense which anyone with a clue could stop. I wish he would play USC & get smoked by 14+. The Gators under Spurrier > any other Gator coach.

Florida lost 29TD's in Harvin, Murphy, and Moore. That is a lot to simply
replace by reloading. And they have a new OC. This will hurt them in big games.

You're a total zero man... go bet women's college hoops pussy.

The SEC plays the best defense in the country, nobody can "stop" the Florida offense, plain and simple.

UF would bend USC over the table, their offense is very pedestrian and NONE of their receivers scare me at all. Our d-line vs their o-line is total mismatch as well.

Please stop brining up Kestahn Moore and losing the OC... those 2 factors alone will assist in you losing your ass if you use that as a reason to bet against UF...

Never said I was betting against them on a week to week basis. I am just saying that they will be missed and I think that could be enough to keep them out of or winning another NC when all is said and done. I fully expect them to beat Georgia Southern in the opener however and I doubt they will be missed in that and several other games but I would guard against taking too much for granted as the season progresses.

Complete fluke loss. They played their C game & still should have won if not for a blown call & a questionable decision.

I am a former Gator lover but have lost some respect for them with Cryer at the helm. He is no genius by any stretch of the imagination.

If you are going to talk about losses, talk about some of Florida's losses including losing to a Michigan team that USC smoked how many times.......

Yeah ok, the same best defense that had one of its top known defensive teams in LSU have one of the WORST in the country. Are these the same best defenses that USC torched every time they met.

USC's offense is pedestrian? If they are, what is Florida's who could barely score on Oklahoma of all teams in the title game.

USC never played a top SEC defense ever. Neither arky or AU finished in the top 5 in the conference in any year they played them.

You bring up one team who had an off year, lol. Please stop posting, you're looking like a total fool.

Re-read my post. Kestahn Moore and Dan Mullen will have zero effect on the outcome of any UF games this year, I promise you that!:103631605
