Jabow & Tow... Yes, some of what you say is true about bad shops in general. The bad shops use incoming funds to pay current liabilities. That being said, the good ones like mine, soon to be a Rx sponsor with a 3 1/2 year track record of good pay as documented at this site, all have a pretty good pile of liquidity ready and waiting to pay when there there is that inevitable period of bad luck or whatever you call a losing period that can last for weeks to several months. In todays business, with 400-500 customers, a book needs a minimum of $750,000.00 USD to be SOLID.

I welcome any questions regarding my policies...

I look forward to helping you guys with your action needs in the near future.

Jabow,
Go ahead and send them some cash and let us know how it goes. What TOW is telling us is exactly what this forum is for. They are having problems paying their customers. End of story!!!

Seems odd that no posters have come forward at any of the sites (that I've seen) to complain about being slow paid or not paid. The only complaints are people that apparantly contacted TOW..

SBR... have any players contacted you?

General... how about you?

No complaints received here to answer your question, but if it is a credit issue, I try and avoid if possible.

Thanks Pete... Just seems odd that only TOW was contacted and none of the other watchdogs or site mods, not calling Roberto a liar and if players are owed I hope they get paid, but the situation seems very odd at best. Hopefully SBR can chime in as well.

Not one person has claimed to not be paid? Nobody contacted the General or SBR or even Sting? Whats everyone to think? The word on the streets in Curacao is you are after a employee at ASAP? This isnt the way to go about it. This is not a game here.

Frankie,

Lets go with the facts : there are currently 6 players being kept on hold ( post up ) for a total amount of 30K. Keep in mind that the post up side of ASAP is quiet small. 3 have contacted me, another one has posted. PlayASAP has sent an email to customers being stalled ( content of which is posted in this thread ).

The latest is that owners stated they expect to receive cash this Monday/Tuesday and resume payouts thereafter.

Frankie.....when Betpanam was dicking people around someone spread the rumor I was going after Betpanam because of a personal beef with one of the "stand up guys" who was involved there.

Now you pick up this rumor about me going after playASAP because of the same reason.

Matter of fact Betpanam is gone and if players still have a chance to be paid is because I kept after the case ( I'll soon be back in Panama ).

These kind of things don't happen because Roberto has a beef with someone : these things happen because there are operations that end up slowpaying or, worse, stiffing people.

Frankie : you may wish to relate Robbie the following : the minute playASAP pays its players I'll be off their back. Not a second before.
p.s. Frankie...go and ping playASAP NT and report how much they have there.:biglaugh:

750 ???? R U kidding? I dont want to be playing with your place that's for sure.
Frankie... if you are with a book then you know what capitalization is required. I was'nt trying to convey a distorted, under-capitalized situation, just the fact that large sums are required to do business... Further, if a businessman states that he has a few million in the operation then he gets bashed for being "full of $hit." Now, you can bash me if I am wrong.

Take care out there... its a jungle!
