BTD, Either your not married or you have a shit load of money; no way a married man spends that much on a remote unless he's loaded.

I agree with a Remote. But when it comes to other things, I will spend whatever it is....IF I want it.

The Wife doesn't say anything because whatever she wants, she gets.
When I spent $1000 on a laptop, she said... Ok, but is it better than the $500-$600 one. I said Yes... and then she dropped it. ( asking ) that is.

Neither one of us are snobs...( well maybe Car Snobs ) But we like nice things.
Doesn't mean we will go out and Overpay for something though...

I'll go with Bushay on the $240 Remote... But that is as far as I will go ( $299 & Under )

I am married. Check your PM.

Your definition and my definition of loaded probably are probably very different.
I am not loaded.

There are fringe benefits of buying a powerful universal remote. My buddy uses his to fuck with his neighbor, who he hates. Once in a while, he and his son will look across the street to see if the neighbor is watching TV. If he is, they will use their high-powered remote to change the channel. When the neighbor changes the channel back, they change it again. Drives the neighbor nuts and provides plenty of laughs.

Even though I don't believe your buddy's story, it's still hilarious
