Round 1
Herman immediately takes Smith to the canvas with a takedown. Herman works Smith's body with punches from guard. Smith fights back to his feet. Herman lands some knees to the body and face from the Thai clinch before slamming Smith back to the ground. Herman cuts Smith with an elbow. He is bleeding terribly on the bridge of his nose. The fight is halted to allow a doctor to check the damage. The fight is allowed to continue. Restarted back on the ground, Smith reverses and drops back for a leg submission. Herman has none of it and hops on his back before the horn sounds to end the round. Sherog.com scores the round 10-9 for Ed Herman.

great mma fight that went to the distance but guida looked like he got the 3rd round but judges gave it griffen. crowd booed the decision.

great fight from forrest griffen. didnt look like sloppy ole forrest. very calm and threw a hell of alot of leg and head kicks. someone talking about possible griffen/bisping fight soon. would be a good one.

griffen wins 30-27 all 3 judges.

very boring 1st rd. fighters feeling each other out. franklin did more and connected with leg kicks and a few shots. franklin rd.

very boring main event. but franklin catches okami at the end with a nice combo and may have hurt the hand he broke. okami doing absolutely NOTHING!
