i have it down to 5 locales. vancouver(love it), cape town(love it), buenos aires, sao paulo visiting both this fall have done extensive research though. if i like either will go back a few more times like i have with vancouver and cape town. czech republic, loved it but not realistic at the moment.

The crime rates aren't that obscene outside of our inner cities. The suburbs are quite alright. The blue hat thugs shooting the red hat thugs is what makes our crime rates look sick compared to the rest of the world. We have african style tribal wars going on in our inner cities that distort everything.
Religion is the downfall? This country was founded by people escaping religious persecution. We were founded by religions family types... if anything we are going away from that.
So how can losing religion be a "down fall"? Are you saying we were better off before when we were more religious? Your position doesn't make sense.
