They didn't bomb Al Jazeera, they bombed Iraqi TV. Al Jazeera is a regional broadcast, Iraqi TV is local to Iraq.

you are right...i stand corrected.....i was discussing al jazeera on another forum...my bad...my point is still,it`s very hard to expect one side to fight a politically correct war(although that is exactly what the coalition is foolishly attempting to do),and then rationalize multiple atrocities,especially atrocities that are almost certainly going to result in the death of your own innocent civilians.....

I think Aiden White calling for a worthless international investigation into if the US has violated the Geneva convention for bombing Saddam TV is total BULLSHIT. Did Aiden White call for an investigation into the use of Saddam TV showing executed US soldiers? I'm not sure if he did, if he did then that's what he should be working on.

I have a question. legitimate because i am not sure but i plan to find out.
Isn't the Iraqi tv station in question a 'state run' station? And if so that would mean that it is controlled by the government therefore making it a legitimate target?
Not sure of the answer quite honestly but will be looking into it.
