Today we are going with an overwhelmingly strong favorite in Oakland and lefty, Scott Kazmir, meaning they make sense over The Mets in every stat and angle I consider relevant. The A's are 15-and-2 in Kazmir's last 17-starts. The Mets are producing very poorly on offense versus left handed pitching.. the list goes on. I expect Colon to be a tough customer and the price is a little expensive but I am not so sure it shouldn't be higher with all of the data that favors Oakland.
