RECOMMENDED CHOICES

# 8 JESS OUGHT TO FLASH 10/1

# 6 ART THE FART 8/1

# 10 KNOW THE WAY 5/2

JESS OUGHT TO FLASH is the top wager in this contest especially at such a decent 10/1. The odds could be right on this one. Meeting a much less demanding field of horses than last time out. With a formidable 79 average Equibase speed fig at the distance, seems well suited for today's contest.

ART THE FART - Ought to come out sharp - I have liked the way this gelding has moved speedily to the front end recently. Has competitive speed figs and has to be considered for a bet in this race.

KNOW THE WAY - Is hard not to look at given the company run in lately. Has performed strongly as of late in short races, posting a nifty 84 avg Equibase Speed Fig.

Turf Paradise - Race #3 - Post: 1:34pm - Claiming - 5.0 furlongs on the Dirt. Purse: $5,500 Class Rating: 67

Rating: 4

#1 STORM WITH CLASS (ML=7/2)

STORM WITH CLASS - When this rider and handler team up you have to take a look. Collins and Axmaker have been fantastic together. I like to wager on this handicapping theory, a horse coming back off a nice race within the last month.

Vulnerable Contenders:

#4 TOWNIE'S DREAM (ML=2/1),
#7 WOBBLY FELLOW (ML=4/1),
#5 JANZIG AFFAIR (ML=5/1),

TOWNIE'S DREAM - Not probable that the fig he recorded on January 31st will hold up in this clash.

WOBBLY FELLOW - Hard to play a pony that can't even win one time in his last ten races.

JANZIG AFFAIR - This less than sharp equine hasn't been close to the winner at the finish line recently.

Race 2 - Maiden Claiming - 250y on the Dirt. Purse: $5000 Class Rating: 68

QUARTER HORSE 250Y, FOR MAIDENS, THREE, FOUR, AND FIVE YEARS OLD. THREE YEAR OLDS, 124 LBS.; OLDER, 126 LBS. CLAIMING PRICE $10,000.

RECOMMENDED CHOICES

# 6 MABLE SEIS 10/1

# 3 JA GOLS SPECIALCHARM 6/1

# 4 DASHIN KING CORONA 5/2

MABLE SEIS is the most competitive bet in this contest and the potential return justifies the unsafe nature of the long odds. The average Equibase class figure alone makes this horse a definite contender. Recently Cox has been sizzling which may give the edge to this filly. Cox's return on investment over the last 30 days automatically makes this horse a strong contender.

JA GOLS SPECIALCHARM - She has been running quite well and the speed figs are among the most respectable in this field. The speed figure of 56 from her last contest looks formidable in here.

DASHIN KING CORONA - Should be given a shot - I like the numbers from the last contest.
