Flyers vs Blackhawks

Ricky Tran is recommending a 5* Bonus Play (1% of bankroll) on the Philadelphia Flyers.

Here are 3 reasons why:

Special Teams: The Blackhawks have yielded an NHL-worst seven power-play goals on 13 opportunities this season. Philly is 0-for-6 on the power play but should break out of that slump tonight.

The Blackhawks' Inefficency: Chicago has yet to receive a goal from stars Patrick Kane, Jonathan Toews and Artemi Panarin. You can't back the Blackhawks until their top line starts producing.

History: Flyers are 21-8 in the last 29 meetings and they've won seven straight against Central Division teams.

(23) ST. LOUIS BLUES VS (24) VANCOUVER CANUCKS

Take: UNDER THE TOTAL

Reason: Your free pick for Tuesday, October 18, 2016, comes in the NHL as the St. Louis Blues battle the Vancouver Canucks. Both teams are unbeaten because of strong defenses. St. Louis is rested, 16-4-1 under the total on 2 days of rest. Vancouver is home and 4-0-2 under the total against the Central division. And when these teams meet it's been all about defense, 29-14-11 under the total, including 16-6-4 under in the last 26 meetings in Vancouver. Play St. Louis/Vancouver Under the total.

Panthers vs Lightning

Bonus Play OVER 5

I've successfully backed the Lightning in both their games this season. In each case, they fell behind and rallied for a victory. While thats not necessarily the way you draw it up, it does show that this team doesn't panic and never gives up. It also shows they can score plenty of goals. While the Panthers, also 2-0, have been stingy thus far, games between these teams, here at Tampa, are historically high-scoring. Thirteen of Florida's last 17 visits here have produced greater than five goals, the "over" going 13-4. In fact, a closer look reveals that 16 of those 17 games produced at least five combined goals; the only one that didn't had four. Take a look at the Over 5.
