I'm curious to see what people think a true conservative is. I'm going to tell you what I think a true conservative is, but I'm thinking that's not what most people think about today
Adherence to the Constitution
We're a nation of laws or we're not, enforce our laws
Low taxes
Fewer regulations
Smaller federal government
Maintaining autonomy
Maintaining states rights
Personal freedoms
Strong national defense
Stronger education / choices a must (for the poorer people, oh the irony)
Believing in conspiracies does not make you a conservative, but policy positions do
Trump was successful as POTUS (before the pandemic) because he espoused good policy. The best in my lifetime
Biden is an idiot. The economy hasn't grown under the government solutions and government regulations lunacy of liberal leadership. Obama owned 8 years of economic suck and Biden is doing even worse.
POLICY MATTERS
